A younger brother of the late land fraud suspect Thawatchai Anukul on Tuesday filed a petition with the Justice Ministry complaints centre seeking justice and clarity in his brother’s death. Mr Chainarong said he had recently submitted written requests, as suggested by authorities, to get a copy of the committee’s findings on his brother's death three times but the committee had never replied. “A physician on the committee tried to convince me it was suicide,” Mr Chainarong said. “But as far as I know, in the police investigation report submitted to the prosecutors, there was a remark that my brother was killed. However, Mr Chainarong could appeal against the information committee’s resolution, he added.
